The 300's base engine is a 3.6-liter V6 that delivers 292 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque in the Touring and Touring L models. Alternatively, you can opt for 300 horsepower and 264 pound-feet of torque in the 300S trim. There is also a 5.7-liter V8 engine with 363 horsepower and 394 pound-feet of torque as an option for your trips to Newton, NJ. The newest 300C has a 6.4-liter V8 engine with 485 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque. This engine zooms from 0 to 60 mph in 4.3 seconds and touts a quarter-mile speed of just 12.4 seconds. The engines pair with an 8-speed automatic transmission, and the Chrysler 300 is available as either FWD or AWD.
